I started this business with a mission: to design faith-inspired apparel that allows women to express their love for Jesus, embrace motherhood, and support their student-athletes—all while wearing something cute and comfortable. But this journey isn’t just mine. It’s also an opportunity to teach my two teens valuable skills as they help me build this business.

Today, I want to share how faith led me here, how my family is involved, and why Avalanche Blossom Tees is more than just a t-shirt brand.

Faith + Creativity: The Heart of the Brand

Faith has always been my foundation, and I’ve long been drawn to creative expression. I wanted to create something that not only reflected my beliefs but also encouraged other women to wear their faith boldly.

But I also knew that launching a business meant navigating everything from design work to marketing, and I didn’t want to do it alone. That’s why this brand has become a family effort. My two teens are actively involved, learning graphic design, website management, social media for business, and even accounting skills. This isn’t just a t-shirt business—it’s hands-on learning for them, preparing them for real-world experiences while strengthening our bond as a family.

At Avalanche Blossom Tees, every design has a purpose. Some of our graphics are hand-designed in-house, while others are sourced from commercially licensed art that aligns with our brand’s message. This allows us to offer a variety of styles while ensuring everything we sell reflects faith, motherhood, and encouragement.

Why This Matters: Whether it’s a fully custom design or a licensed piece we carefully select, each tee is chosen with intentionality—to uplift, inspire, and start conversations about faith.

Like any small business, this journey has had ups and downs. There have been moments of self-doubt, learning curves, and challenges that tested my patience. But through it all, I’ve trusted in God’s plan.

Whenever I’ve wondered if I’m on the right path, I’ve been reminded through prayer, encouragement from customers, and the excitement in my teens’ eyes as they learn and grow.
