At Avalanche Blossom, we take pride in creating faith-filled, stylish tees made just for you! Since all our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, weβre happy to make it right!
π Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Buyerβs remorse or change of mind
Please double-check our size chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit!
π’ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of product delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- If multiple items are affected, include a photo (or video) of all items in one frame
To report an issue, please email us at hello@avalancheblossom.com with the subject "Order Issue β [Your Order Number]" and attach the required images.
π Unsuccessful Delivery & Reshipping
If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address provided), you can choose:
- A reprint with an additional charge
- A partial refund (excluding shipping costs)
π Important Notes:
- β οΈ Print Placement Tolerance β Slight variations (up to 0.5") in print placement are normal and not considered defects.
- β οΈ Custom Orders β Since each item is uniquely made, all sales are final unless the product is defective.
